Beautiful Futures, Inc. —
"What is Your 'One Day I will' ?" Contest Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. U.S. Law Governs. This contest is open only to residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age and over. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:01 am EST on 4/1/07 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on 5/31/07. You must be the legal parent or guardian of child between the ages 3-8 years of age and enter on his or her behalf.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, go to http://www.beautifulfutures.com, click on the "Contest" link found on the home page, read Official Rules, and then follow entry instructions. Each entry consists of one (1) "entry form" and one (1) phrase OR one (1) occupation completing the slogan, ‘One Day I Will...’ Your entry form and phrase or occupation must be submitted online. The phrase or occupation must be an original creation of the child. Only one phrase or occupation per individual child may be submitted by the parent/legal guardian; additional entries following the first will be disqualified. A household may, however, submit multiple entries from the same email address so long as each entry comes from a different qualifying child. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 5/31/07 ("Entry Deadline").

THE PHRASE OR OCCUPATION: Original phrase or occupation only. To enter, include the phrase or occupation with your entry form. All entries, including phrases or occupations, become the property of Beautiful Futures, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.

THE CHILDREN

The child writer must be between 3 and 8 years of age during the official contest entry dates in order for the contest entry to be eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Eligible entrants must provide on the entry form: The name of the entrant, the name and birth date of the child writer, a valid e-mail address and complete postal address of the entrant, and provide contact telephone numbers for winner notification. Entrant must have all rights of ownership in the entry submitted (see "Note" herein). Entrant must be a resident of the United States, be at least 21 years of age, and be the parent or legal guardian of the child writer who created the phrase or occupation. By entering, entrants (on behalf of herself/himself and on behalf of the minor child) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to comply with any dispersion of proceeds from the sales of the T-shirt containing winning entrant’s phrase or occupation, including donations of proceeds to non-profit affiliates of Beautiful Futures, Inc. Beautiful Futures, Inc., corporate subsidiaries, partners, and non profit affiliates are not responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with participation in the contest. Employees of Beautiful Futures, Inc., and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents) and those household members of such employees are not eligible to win. "Household Member" shall mean people who share the same residence at least 3 months a year (whether related or not). Entries that are incomplete, late, or misdirected will not be eligible and Beautiful Futures, Inc. disclaims responsibility for incomplete, late, corrupt or misdirected entries or prize claims. Beautiful Futures, Inc. reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner to include the parent or guardian and the child writer. Beautiful Futures, Inc., corporate subsidiaries, partners, non profit affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction which affects potential entrant’s abilities to obtain, complete, and submit an entry. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Note: In addition, by entering this contest, even if you are not a winner, you grant to Beautiful Futures, Inc., the irrevocable and unconditional right and license to use the slogan in its catalog and online venues, and in promotional e-mails, at its discretion, to promote Beautiful Futures, Inc., its children’s merchandise, and this contest. If your child’s slogan is used, no names, identities or locations will be mentioned. There is no guarantee that we will make the use of the rights granted to us. All entrants represent and warrant to Beautiful Futures, Inc. that the phrase or occupation is original and that the entrant has all rights in such writings.

PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize (from among all age groups combined) will be awarded. Grand Prize (1): Savings Bonds equal to $2,500. Approximate maximum retail value of all prizes: $2,500. Winners are deemed the parent or legal guardian named on the entry form, not the child. Prize is non-transferable; no prize substitutions or cash redemption except by Beautiful Futures, Inc., who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prior to receiving the Savings Bond, the parent or legal guardian of the winner may be required to provide the potential winning child’s social security number. All taxes on prizes are winner’s sole responsibility. Parent or legal guardian of the winner may be required to sign an IRS form 1099 or the equivalent (e.g. a ‘Prize Value’ form) and are solely responsible for any IRS forms that they may want to file in accordance with excluding the interest on the bond for tax purposes (e.g. an ‘IRS Form 8815’). The value of the bond is equivalent to the eventual value that the bond will reach when cashed at maturity. If the Savings Bond equal to $2,500 are cashed prior to the maturity date, the value may be less than $2,500; Beautiful Futures, Inc., corporate subsidiaries, partners, non profit affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any deficiency in this amount. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be contacted for any reason, prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next best entrant as determined by Beautiful Futures, Inc. Limit one prize per person/household. Prize may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered to winner. Beautiful Futures, Inc. is not responsible for any delay in the arrival of the prize. Parent and child shall not receive any compensation or credit for use of entries by Beautiful Futures, Inc., other than that disclosed in these Official Rules. Winning entries submitted in this contest may be included in any and all advertising for Beautiful Futures, Inc.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. This contest is being advertised in the following but not limited to: (1) here on www.beautifulfutures.com from April 1 , 2007 until the Entry Deadline, (2) by e-mail to those individuals who are subscribers to the www.beautifulfutures.com email newsletter(3) in advertisements placed by Beautiful Futures, Inc., and (4) on websites and in print publications affiliated or placed by the corporate subsidiaries, partners, non profit affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies of Beautiful Futures, Inc. Additionally, reviews and editorials may appear with mentions of this contest.

JUDGING

All entries will be judged from among all eligible entrants who submitted a valid entry by the Entry Deadline. All entries will be judged by Beautiful Futures, Inc. based on creativity and universal appeal. Final judging of potential winners will be completed by July 1, 2007. The entry with the most creativity and universal appeal will be deemed the Potential Grand Prize winner. Beautiful Futures, Inc. will not respond to any inquires concerning this contest. The decisions of the judges shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this contest.

Should Beautiful Futures, Inc select an entry idea as its winner and multiple entries are received with the same or similar phrases, then the entry that was received first will be deemed our winner.

PRIZE WINNER

The prize winner is deemed the adult parent or legal guardian of the child that created the phrase or occupation. Winner agrees to execute, on behalf of herself/himself and on behalf of the minor child, all documents deemed necessary by Beautiful Futures, Inc. to allow Beautiful Futures, Inc. to use the winning slogan in all advertising, online media or in any other print or production method that Beautiful Futures, Inc. deems necessary. By accepting a prize, the winner will be expected to sign a document granting to Beautiful Futures, Inc. and its affiliates, in connection with Beautiful Futures, Inc. only, the right to the use of original entry at any point in the future in merchandising, advertising, and publications without compensation, allowing Beautiful Futures, Inc. and those acting pursuant to Beautiful Futures, Inc.'s direction, to use the saying for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes worldwide, in print, e-mail, and on the World Wide Web, without review, approval, or notification to winner, all and only in connection with the purpose of promoting or selling goods and services of Beautiful Futures, Inc. Beautiful Futures, Inc. reserves the right to create and sell merchandise, not limited to t-shirts, displaying the winning phrase or occupation. Any text or any other materials of any kind you send to Beautiful Futures, Inc. becomes the property of Beautiful Futures, Inc. Winner agrees to execute all documents deemed necessary by Beautiful Futures, Inc. to perfect the license described in this paragraph. The winner must be willing to undergo a background check, conducted by Beautiful Futures, Inc. (only as it relates to meeting conditions of entry), and willing to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal background information.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone no later than July 15, 2007. The potential winner will be required to sign and return to Beautiful Futures, Inc. an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and (where permitted) Publicity prior to and as a condition of acceptance of prize. All Releases must be returned to Beautiful Futures, Inc. within ten (10) business days of receipt. If prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from an entry as determined by Beautiful Futures, Inc. If, in the judge’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, the judges reserve the right to conduct judging to award the prize using entries entered online by the Entry Deadline, or earlier should the contest be terminated prior to the Entry Deadline. If the contest is terminated prior to the Entry Deadline, notice will be posted at www.beautifulfutures.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this contest or the entry form is unlawful and subject to legal action by Beautiful Futures, Inc. and its agents.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Entrants should read the "Privacy Policy" and Legal pages on the Beautiful Futures, Inc. website. In addition, by entering this contest, entrants may receive catalogs and other communications from Beautiful Futures, Inc.

DISCLAIMER

Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Beautiful Futures, Inc., which are final. The laws of the United States govern this contest. By entering, participants agree that Beautiful Futures, Inc., affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and their agencies and employees, subsidiaries, and non-profit affiliates, shall not be liable for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind to any person or property arising or resulting from, in whole or in part, participating in this contest.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event Beautiful Futures, Inc. is prevented from continuing with the Contest by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the control of the non-performing party (each a ‘Force Majeure’ event or occurrence), Beautiful Futures, Inc. shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest.

INTERNET PROVISIONS

Beautiful Futures, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries will be deemed VOID if incomplete or illegible. Beautiful Futures, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest.

WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Beautiful Futures, Inc., One Day I Will...@ Contest, P.O. Box 473, New York, NY 10012. All requests must be received by July 31, 2007. The name of the winner will be sent when the winner has been verified and the prize have been awarded. The name of the winner shall be listed as the name of parent or adult guardian, not the minor child, in order to protect their privacy.
